In this position you will be helping participants that need any help, rescheduling, general info.
You will be responsible for helping people if they are missing any documents, any immediate solutions for appointment conflicts or helping them reschedule another appointment.
4 volunteers will Confirm participants are on time and have required documents to proceed in process (check in staff)
3 volunteers will act as customer service for participants who already have appointment but are missing documents (customer service)
3 volunteers will reschedule participants that need a appointment that do not have one. (Customer service)
